Today's introduction,
\nIt's a kamameshi (rice cooked with autumn salmon).<\/p>\n

The most delicious season is from September to November, and chum salmon caught during this period are also known as \"autumn salmon.<\/p>\n

Returning to the river where they were born to spawn, the salmon in season have plenty of nutrients stored in them, making them fatty, thick, and rich in flavor.<\/p>\n

We also put a generous amount of salmon roe on top!<\/p>\n
