Today we bring you a refreshing sake from Kyushu!<\/p>\n

Good evening. This is Sukiyabashi Edowan.
\nSuddenly, do you know where Hizen is today?<\/p>\n

It refers to the old Western Sea Route, Saga Prefecture [western part of Nagasaki]. Sake is often associated with the Tohoku region of Japan, but there are even sake breweries in Saga Prefecture that have been making sake for over 220 years.<\/p>\n

\nUpon opening the seal, the aroma is like a refreshing cream soda with a hint of lactic acidity and green apple.
\nIt has a trapezoidal contour and flows into the mouth, but it is only on the surface and not stuffed inside, so feel free to enjoy it.
\nIn the second half, the weighty flavor is applied with great heaviness, but leaves a crisp aftertaste.
\nIt has a light flavor, not too heavy for an original sake, and is really easy to drink.
