Good evening. This is Sukiyabashi Edowan!<\/p>\n

Autumn, for me personally, tends to be a season of appetite and taste, but I am also concerned about the lack of exercise due to the prolonged period of self-restraint.<\/p>\n

Today's Autumn Sake
\nKido Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi, Wakayama Prefecture<\/p>\n

It has a subtle sweet honey aroma, a mild and elegant sweetness, a full-bodied flavor, and a moderate aftertaste.
\nAnd it is a junmai ginjo with soft umami and refreshing acidity.<\/p>\n

The softness and sharpness typical of Kido can also be felt.<\/p>\n

It can be served cold, chilled, hiya, or of course, warmed, so it would be great to compare the two!<\/p>\n
