It has been hot and humid every day. I can't leave my mask behind, and today I would like to introduce you to a refreshing sake.<\/p>\n

This sake is brewed with malic acid yeast.<\/p>\n

We used Association 77, a highly malic acid-producing, multi-acid yeast!
\nRingo-chan], made with Association No. 77, which produces a highly aromatic, multi-acid sake characterized by malic acid as its main ingredient, is a low-alcohol sake with an alcohol content of 12%.<\/p>\n

But it is not watered down to a lower alcohol content.<\/p>\n

It's junmai sake with an alcohol content of 12%. It does not taste thin at all, but has a firm, juicy umami flavor.<\/p>\n
