Today's introduction,
Kamaemai (rice cooked with rock octopus and Kishu Nanko ume plums).

The kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) is made with plenty of iwako (octopus), which is in season right now.

The rock octopus is characterized by its firm texture and the more it is chewed, the more flavorful it becomes.
The thick, melt-in-your-mouth softness of Kishu Nanko plums is a perfect match!

Please put Nimben's dried bonito flakes on it if you like.
