Eduwan is planning a shellfish fair during GW!
As a precursor to this, we have received raw oysters in limited quantities!

Today's offerings are,
Benten Oyster from Kunitachi, Oita Prefecture
Camellia oysters from the Goto Islands in Nagasaki Prefecture.
*Please note that the variety may vary depending on availability.

Spring oysters have plenty of nutrients stored in their bodies before summer spawning.
It's delicious, with a strong flavor and sweetness!

We hope you will enjoy it with a selection of Japanese sake.
