Shabu-shabu hot pot.
We are proud of our soy sauce-based dashi shabu shabu shabu, which is made from dashi broth using an abundance of bonito flakes carefully shaved in the restaurant.
It can be served as it is with our specialty soup stock.
Please enjoy it with thin udon or zosui (rice porridge) as a finish.
