Yamagata Prefecture Tatenogawa Junmai Daiginjo Genryu Hiyoroshi
Since the high alcohol content of the original sake is still in its original state, it is pasteurized by fire and bottled, and we consider it to be the root of Tatenogawa, and named it Genryu.
After bottling, the wine is kept at a cool temperature for one summer and matured to a moderate degree!
