Yogurt
When eating yogurt that contains plenty of lactic acid bacteria that regulate the intestinal environment, it is correct to eat a little bit every day rather than eating a batch every few days. And it is more effective if you eat it together with soybean flour or dried prunes, which contain soluble dietary fiber that feeds lactobacilli.
