A famous sake from Saitama Prefecture! Sold Out!
The following is a brief introduction!
Good evening. This is Sukiyabashi Edowan. Today, I would like to introduce some great sake recommendations from the Kanto region! ↓↓ Sake
HANAOYAKU Junmai Daiginjo Echigo Gohyakumangoku Unfiltered Nama-shu
This is a very popular and rare series representing Saitama!
The top nose has a strong sweet and sour fruity aroma. It also gives the impression of being slightly acidic.
The sweet and sour taste is a characteristic of Hana Yokuyo, and the sweetness is strong, reminiscent of tropical fruits, just like the usual Hana Yokuyo.
However, the acidity seems to be stronger and more pronounced than usual. The bitterness is low for the amount of tailings, and it finishes clean and crisp with a slight spiciness and refreshing acidity.
After one day, the sweetness mellows out and the acidity subsides a bit, giving it a different flavor!
