We recommend the best sake from Toyama!
Good evening. This is Sukiyabashi Edowan.
The mornings and evenings are getting a little cooler!
I don't know what to wear.
Today's Recommendation
Toyama Prefecture, Haneya Hiyoroshi
Haneya's Hiyadashi, which has been attracting a lot of attention, is truly orthodox!
It seems to be hiyaoroshi! It is a hiyaoroshi.
Fruity, yet with a strong rice flavor and a sense of maturity, it is a sake with a sense of the changing seasons.
The taste is a mixture of ginjo aroma and sweet aroma from aging! The light, mild acidity and transparency, yet the fullness of umami and sweetness are expressed perfectly, and the "Haneya" character and the autumn hiyaoroshi-ness coexist beautifully.
Toward the end, the rustic element of rice softly wafts through the air, creating a sake that makes you want to drink the next one.
There are many sake named hiyaoroshi and akiagari.
If you are not sure what to expect, please try Haneya's hiyaoroshi.
You can more than appreciate the quality of hiyaoroshi sake.
