Shabu-Shabu with Golden Dashi broth

Edo Wan's special, freshly shaved golden broth of honkare-bushi (dried bonito flakes).
Natural and seasonal fresh fish and vegetables with fat.
Carefully selected brand-name pork that goes well with shabu-shabu.

Enjoy a comparison of loin and belly meat. Enjoy a refreshing meal of fatty Iwate Iwachu pork and seasonal vegetables in shabu-shabu.

Edowan's menu

Our chef selects the freshest seasonal fish. We serve grilled, boiled, or steamed fish in a way that brings out the best flavor of the ingredients.

Omakase fresh fish platter starts at 1,650 yen per person.
The dashimaki tamago (rolled egg) with dashi aroma and the sake-steamed three kinds of shellfish are also not to be missed.

To finish off the meal, guests can enjoy sushi made with the day's catch or freshly cooked kamameshi.

The owner, who is well versed in Japanese sake, carefully selects and prepares 30 kinds of sake.

We offer a wide selection of sake, from our original junmai ginjo sake to rare brands that are sensuously paired with food.
